ACCOUNTABILITY

There are 3 MAIN PILLARS to SUSTAINABLE body transformation. Fitness, Nutrition, and Accountability. These Pillars get our clients the BEST and FASTEST results possible. Most of the time, other programs have 1 or 2 of the 3 pillars, but NOT ALL THREE PILLARS TOGETHER, this is why people either never lose anything, plateau short of their goal, and/or lose weight and gain it all back. By implementing all 3 pillars in our programs, our clients achieve their goals quickly and stay there!

FITNESS.

Our 45 minute HIIT style classes are the perfect combo of strength training and cardio. Our highly metabolic workouts center around resistance training, which helps boost metabolism and burns more fat, while building and toning muscle. Muscle burns 3 times more calories per day than fat, so MORE muscle means MORE CALORIE BURN. These workouts are designed to burn maximum calories DURING the workout, and KEEP BURNING for up to 72 hours.

NUTRITION.

We believe the way you eat NEEDS TO BE: specific to you, specific to your goal, enjoyable, easy to follow, easy to prepare, easy to shop for, easy to cook, easy to live life (be social), and easy to travel with (so vacations don’t ruin it). Because at the end of the day, if you only stick with a restrictive diet for 6 weeks and then go back to your old eating habits, you’ll end up right back where you were.

So we designed a custom nutrition program that people would actually STICK WITH. It is a plan that is focused on SUSTAINABLE HABITS that can be used long-term so you can implement foods you enjoy and MORE FLEXIBLITY as time goes on in the program.

We include: a custom meal plan designed to fit your current body composition and goals, the ultimate grocery helper to get all your groceries for the week in under 20 minutes and you won’t have to guess anymore, lightening fast meal prep instructions so you can prep all your food for the week in 90 minutes – never be unprepared for dinner again, a MASSIVE recipe book with recipes customized to fit your personal plan, and a recipe book full of super shakes you can use in case you’re on the go and can’t stop to eat, a RESTAURANT ORDERING SYSTEM so you can actually go out and be social like a normal adult. It will tell you exactly what and how to order food at your favorite restaurant to ensure you stay on track.

To keep you on track and hold you accountable, we have a Nutrition Orientation to go over all this information with you, as well as conduct a Body Scan on our In-Body machine at the beginning, half way point, and end of your program so you can SEE on paper how your body is changing!

ACCOUNTABILITY.

At the end of the day, we can have the best TRAINING PROGRAM science can give us, backed with the most personalized, easiest, most enjoyable NUTRITION PLAN in the world, but if you don’t follow it, NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN!

Which is why if there’s one part of this 3 PILLAR approach that we really specialize in, it’s EXPERT ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING.
Expert accountability isn’t you, a fitness app, or your best friend or partner promising to hold you accountable, but never actually following through on it.. we’ve all been there (haha).

Expert accountability is actually 3 levels of accountability. Research and testing have shown that MULTIPLE LAYERS OF accountability are necessary in order to change thoughts and patterns of behavior for permanent FITNESS success.

Level #1 is SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY because you need an exclusive group of people facing the same struggles and obstacles as YOU are, starting WITH you and walking “shoulder to shoulder,” sharing tips, tricks, encouragement and to build relationships you’ll come to rely on to help you see it through.

Level #2 is what we call MENTOR ACCOUNTABILITY and the benefit of our Alumni Challengers. With our program, you will instantly join a massive group of people who’ve BEEN THROUGH the journey you are about to begin… it’s like having your own personal group of cheerleaders/mentors.

The last level and the MOST important is the EXPERT COACHING ACCOUNTABILITY brought by our team.

We have found that what works for you TODAY isn’t necessarily going to work for you in 6 months, or a year from now either. Our bodies are always changing. THAT’S why you need the final layer of expert accountability.

YOU NEED: your own expert accountability coach who has helped countless people through the exact same process, and has also BEEN through the process herself! This makes being “stuck” and hitting plateaus a thing of the past because this is something an expert sees EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

You’r expert coach will offer tips and tricks, help keep you focused and on track, and know which nutrition adjustments and small tweaks need to be make to get your results flowing again. We offer a weekly accountability check in through our app, which includes progress pics, measurements, and answering a series of questions.

So this is why we provide ALL 3 LEVELS OF ACCOUNTABILITY.
